Our Team at St Paul’s Pre-School
At St Paul’s Preschool, our staff team plays a central role in creating the warm, caring and encouraging environment that families value.
We understand that choosing a preschool is an important decision. Parents want to know their child will be safe, happy, well supported and encouraged to develop at their own pace. Our team works hard to build strong relationships with every child, helping them feel settled, confident and ready to learn.
Based at St Paul’s Church Hall, The Green, Tadley, our preschool offers a friendly and community-focused setting where children can grow, explore and enjoy their early years.
Experienced, caring and approachable
Our team is made up of dedicated early years practitioners who are passionate about supporting young children. Staff members bring patience, kindness, experience and enthusiasm to each day, helping children develop socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually.
We believe children learn best when they feel secure and valued. That is why we take time to get to know each child as an individual, understanding their interests, needs, routines and stage of development.
Key person support
Each child at St Paul’s Preschool is supported by a key person. This helps children form a secure relationship with a familiar adult and gives parents a regular point of contact.
The key person works closely with families to support settling in, learning progress, confidence and well-being. This partnership helps us provide care that feels personal, thoughtful and consistent.
